CMDB CI App

CMDB Configuration Item (CI) can be included in a Cutover Incident runbook to ensure that the incident is directly associated with the technology asset or business service that is affected. This association provides a clear operational context for all teams involved. Affected CI data can be pulled from Cutover and fed back to your ITSM System.

Prerequisites

You will need to work with a Cutover Engineer to associate CMDB (CI) data with a Cutover Runbook. The following requirements must be met:

  1. An endpoint or file-based method must be provided to retrieve the required CI data.
  2. A daily refresh will need to be set up by the Cutover Engineer.

Supported Authentication types

Here are the Authentication types that Respond Apps supports:

  1. Basic
  2. Cutover Connect
